More than 1200 people joined Edina Bike Parade in 2009 in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record. Their theme was “World Record for a Better World.” While they were unsuccessful as far as the record book, they were extremely successful in bringing out the community to make the world a better place by raising awareness of cycling and supporting some fine community organizations. They decided to host another event!
The Edina Bike Festival 2010 to fight hunger was held on Saturday, May 15, at Roseland Park on the path around Lake Cornelia.
This family event was sponsored by the Edina Morningside Rotary Club.
